Broadway Series Ticket Window Hours:
Weekdays 11am – 4pm
Closed Weekends & Holidays
Upcoming Closures: Memorial Day Monday, Juneteenth Friday, Fourth of July Friday, Labor Day Monday, Columbus Day Monday.

The box office is open at least 90 minutes in advance of all Music Hall performances for tickets to that event.  Please email customerservice@broadwaydallas.org for specific event details and more information.

Please note:
– Online ticket sales close at the scheduled start time of the performance and in-person sales end shortly after.
– Weekday matinee box office schedules will supersede normal ticket windows. Upcoming affected days 3/14/26 and 5/7/26.
– Weekday ticket window hours are at the Music Hall only.

please submit your request HERE no later than (90) days before your event.
