Health & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Broadway Dallas will enforce certain policies to ensure that “the gathering of our community” prioritizes EVERYONE’s safety: our attendees, our performers, and our staff. We appreciate your cooperation for the health and welfare of all.

If after reviewing the information below, you have questions or concerns regarding our policies, please contact us at: Customerservice@Broadwaydallas.org

The following policies are in effect for all shows at the Music Hall:

  • Broadway Dallas reserves the right to change its Health and Safety policies (including the use of masks) based on current public health conditions.
  • All patrons will pass through a security magnetometer and bags may be subject to search.
  • Weapons of all kinds (including firearms and knives of any size) are strictly prohibited.

To ensure the comfort and health of audiences, staff, cast and crew, and to prioritize their safety, in consultation with health officials and industrial hygienist Braun Intertech, Broadway Dallas has made the following improvements to the Music Hall at Fair Park:

  • Air filtration system has been upgraded to MERV-13 standards.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers and disinfecting wipe dispensers have been installed throughout the venue.

All ticket holders are subject to bag checks and weapon screenings (Evolv System or Wanding). Items that–at the sole discretion of Music Hall management–are determined to disturb or alarm Music Hall visitors, vendors, and or employees are not permitted. Prohibited Bags/Carrying Cases include but are not limited to: Backpacks, Briefcases, Camera bags, Computer bags, Coolers, and Luggage of any kind. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a security check-point designated for this purpose. Please limit the number of items you bring to the venue on event days.
