Give a Kid a Seat

GIVE A KID A SEAT is your opportunity to give a kid an adventure, a new perspective, and a place to dream. Each year, Broadway Dallas raises funds to provide free Broadway tickets to thousands of students from underserved neighborhoods. For most, it’s their first time being in a theater.

All year, students look forward to watching a dedicated performance at Music Hall and participating in eight sessions of STEAM-based curriculum taught by Broadway Dallas teaching artists.

With your help, 3,400 Dallas ISD students will both see a top-notch touring Broadway production and learn about the many non-performative career opportunities in the arts industry.

Give a Kid a Seat Today

$100 will underwrite the cost of a seat for one student.
$500 will support five students.
$1,000 will give seats to 10 students.
$3,000 will make it possible for an entire class to discover the magic of live theater together.
Donations to Give a Kid a Seat are fully tax-deductible.

The Give a Kid a Seat fundraising campaign is a project of the Broadway Dallas Education Ensemble, a vibrant group of individuals that share a philanthropic mission to support the ducation and community partnerships mission of the organization.
