Dear Friends,
Just a few weeks ago, Broadway Dallas hosted a very special event – our annual High School Musical Theatre Awards. So much more than a TONY-style awards program, it’s a multi-faceted weeks-long experience for students through which they learn to be better performers, but also receive an array of life lessons that will serve them whether they pursue a career in the arts, or education, or medicine, or virtually anything else. Camaraderie, trust, perseverance, commitment, and collaboration are just a few of the life skills these talented students pick up along the way.
We are honored to have the support of our generous donor base who make possible the entire program, the very special awards ceremony, and the awarding of $60,000 in college scholarships.
Please join me in wishing good luck, fame, and fortune to all our participants, their teachers and mentors, and especially to our two lead performer winners – Fabiola Caraballo Quijada (Tyler Legacy High School) and Corbin Ross (Guyer High School) – who just completed a week in New York City competing at the National High School Musical Theatre Awards, where Corbin was named a top 8 finalist!
Bright futures begin at Broadway Dallas!
See you in the lobby!

We had a wonderful time at the 40th annual Dallas Pride Music Festival and Parade in Fair Park earlier this month!
We hope you enjoyed seeing our 2023-2024 Season themed float along the parade route.
We had a blast celebrating with all of you!
The Star Performer Award honoring our hard-working Front of House Associates was recently presented to Wanda Austin for To Kill a Mockingbird! Be sure to congratulate her at your next Broadway Dallas performance!
For Patrick and Jenny Babb, Broadway Dallas is part of their family history. Patrick’s dad, Ken, bought season tickets beginning in 2000. Now in year 24, Patrick and Jenny are continuing the family tradition, with their oldest child attending her first musical last year.
This season, the law firm where Patrick is a partner, Fox Rothschild, deepened their engagement with Broadway Dallas through a bespoke sponsorship package that included everything from tickets to the Spotlight Dinner Series to a table at the Moulin Rouge! The Musical Gala in April. Last month, they hosted a group of 30 clients and guests for a private cocktail reception before To Kill a Mockingbird.
“We absolutely love Broadway Dallas. From the musical experiences to the community support provided to local arts and education, we are so fortunate just to be able to play a small role in such a vital organization for our city.”
