LEARN MORE ABOUT THE GUILD ACTIVITIES.

  • Pre-Show Parties: One select performance for each Broadway show will be designated as the Guild performance. Buy your tickets for that show, and join fellow Guild members before the show to share your excitement about that show and those to come. (If you subscribe to a different performance, you can exchange your tickets to the Guild performance.)
  • Weekend Meal Service: Put on your over mitts and hairnet! This is your chance to welcome to Dallas the cast and crew of touring Broadway Dallas shows. We treat these talented and hard working individuals to lunch in the Music Hall between shows on Saturdays and Sundays. Time requirement: 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm on weekend days at the Music Hall at Fair Park.  Physical requirements: 2 hours of standing and meal service.
  • Cast Parties: More Texas hospitality is at hand when the Broadway Dallas Guild helps organize and run our nationally famous cast parties. Usually held after the show on a weeknight, we treat the touring company to a post-show meal, music and other fun activities. Time requirement: 9:00 pm – midnight on select weeknights at the Music Hall at Fair Park. Physical requirements: 3 hours of general help (decorations, checking guests list, etc) and meal service.
  • Give Back to the Community: Broadway Dallas has a long-term relationship with CitySquare, the beloved South Dallas nonprofit that fights the causes and effects of poverty in our community. Along with members of the Broadway Dallas team and members of our touring companies, you will help at City Square’s food distribution center. Time requirement: 4 hour shifts on weekday mornings or afternoons at CitySquare (1610 S Malcolm X Blvd, Dallas). Physical requirement: 3-4 hours of indoor and outdoor work with general help stocking shelves, helping bag groceries, pushing shopping carts to parking lot, and loading groceries into vehicles.
  • Special Events: From time to time, Broadway Dallas will host events to thank the Guild members for their service and share fun and exciting behind-the-scenes news about Broadway Dallas and the Broadway industry in general.
