THE MUSICAL; a laugh-out-loud love letter to the theater based on the Oscar®-nominated film, TOOTSIE; and the history-making new play Harper Lee’s TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD – written by Academy Award® winner Aaron Sorkin. Extend your season with the international Irish dance phenomenon, RIVERDANCE 25TH ANNIVERSARY SHOW. RIVERDANCE will be offered as a Season Option, and subscribers will receive priority access to secure subscription seats and add additional tickets.

All subscribers for the 2022/2023 season will be automatically renewed each year beginning with the 2023/2024 season and beyond RISK-FREE using the same credit card and payment schedule chosen for the previous season. You’ll have peace of mind knowing your seats will remain secure year after year. If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, you’ll be able to cancel easily if you contact us within 30 days after the season announcement.

Buy with confidence. The value of your ticket is safe. In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, Broadway Across America, and the Music Hall Box Office. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway Dallas and Broadway Across America for presentations in Dallas, TX.

COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for the performances in your upcoming season; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of each performance. All ticketholders are required to comply.

There is a ticket limit of 8 tickets per Account Holder. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. No refunds.

^§Producers’ Circle subscriptions (Sections C-ORCH, D-ORCH, and E-ORCH; Rows A – P) include a required $300 charitable contribution for each subscription seat purchased. In addition to benefits in the CenterStage membership program, Producers’ Circle subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations in these sections of the Orchestra, available only to these subscribers, prior to individual tickets being placed on sale to the general public. A portion of your donation is tax-deductible based on the fair market value of goods and services received in exchange for your gift. Access to new, additional, and upgraded subscriptions inside the Producers’ Circle area of seating is a benefit beginning at the CenterStage Shimmering Star – $1,000 – donor level. If you are already subscribing inside the Producers’ Circle, your donation can count toward this level. If you are interested in purchasing new Producers’ Circle subscriptions, your minimum Shimmering Star CenterStage donation is separate and must be made prior to subscription purchase. *Additional, new, and upgraded subscriptions in the Producers’ Circle area of seating are based on available inventory at the time of request and are offered to the Concierge Request List in order of CENTERSTAGE Stars donor level (Radiant Stars first, Super Stars second, and Shimmering Stars third) and date of request.

Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway Dallas shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into 4 equal installments. Your first installment will be charged on the date of your renewal.  Account Credit Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges and additional tickets are subject to availability. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Some restrictions may apply. All seating subject to availability. The difference in price must be paid at the time of change. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days following the end of your change window.
