2023 Broadway Dallas High School Musical Theater Awards

The High School Musical Theater Awards (HSMTA) was created to recognize and support excellence in high school musical theater in North Texas. Students and educators are recognized with an annual awards ceremony modeled after the Tony Awards® and include both performance and production categories.

Each year, Broadway Dallas raises funds from the community and distributes $55,000 in scholarships to deserving HSMTA students during the annual awards ceremony. Broadway Dallas would like to thank Paddy and Barry Epstein and Lynne and Bob Thompson for their longstanding commitment to this program. This year, we would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dawn and Eric Dortch for their fundraising efforts and to all who joined them in contributing to HSMTA this year.
